Bitsgap has a detailed Refund Policy. They offer two types of refunds: Full Refund and Partial Refund.

A Full Refund is available only if payment is done in monthly instalments (including automatic and manual renewal) and the refund request has been sent within 14 days of the latest payment. Refunds are only available for the last paid month. Payments preceding the latest payment are non-refundable. The full refund is not possible if the refund request was sent later than 14 days after the payment or if the customer used any of the Services (excluding Demo trading) at any point during the 14 days following the latest payment. Exceptions are technical faults that have restricted users’ access to the Services. Such cases are investigated individually and refunds are made at Bitsgap's sole discretion.

A Partial Refund is applicable if you paid for a plan for 12 months, you are entitled to a partial refund for the unused period. Due to restrictions imposed by Bitsgap's payment service providers, you may only request a partial refund within the first 180 days after payment for the 12-month plan. Only the unused period, rounded up to the month and excluding discounts, will be refunded.

Please note that you may take advantage of a refund only once. If your refund request is approved once, then no consequent form of contest, request, dispute or transaction reversal with Bitsgap or any third-party payment service provider shall be available to you. Refunds shall be made in the same currency you paid with or its equivalent based on the refund date market rate. Subscription Plans paid for in cryptocurrency are non-refundable. Bitsgap is not responsible for any fees that may be applied by your payment service provider when processing the refund transfer. The European Union Value Added Tax (EU VAT) is non-refundable for the used periods.
